Vi presenterar här de SE lärare som är relevanta för oss här i Sverige. De undervisar på sin egen nivå - vissa på Beginning och Intermediate - andra uteslutande på Advanced. De pratar och undervisar alla på engelska - eftersom vi antar att alla studenter förstår engelska kommer det inte att översättas till svenska. Dock kan studentarna tala svenska till varandra under övningarna.




Ariel Giarretto - LMFT, CMT, CSB has been a body-oriented trauma therapist for many decades. On staff at the Esalen Institute throughout the 90's, she studied with some of the finest somatic teachers and sexuality experts. She is a full-time international faculty for Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute, training professionals all over the world how to resolve the symptoms of trauma. She is trained as a bodyworker and is a certified Somatic Sex Educator and Sexological Bodyworker. She has extensive training in pre- and perinatal psychology, and attachment, and volunteered for many years as a doula. She works with couples and individuals desiring sexual or intimacy enhancement, as well as those who have experienced sexual abuse, infertility, traumatic births and invasive medical procedures. Ariel is passionate about supporting men and women of all sexual orientations and identities, including LBGTQIA in finding both ease, acceptance and ecstasy in their bodies, and healing the wounds of shame and long-term, intergenerational sexuality trauma.
She practices in Oakland, California, USA
Itta Wiedenmann - earned her master degree in cultural and social sciences at the university in Hamburg, Germany. For over 25 years, she has worked in private practice as a licensed bodytherapist (trained in PhysioTherapy/PT, Osteopathy, Craniosacraltherapy, Feldenkrais Method, Hakomi, Family Constellation Work, and Somatic Experiencing). She is also experienced in teaching groups in different fields, offering trainings and workshops in techniques of awareness and stress management.
Itta is a founding member of the German SE Association (SE Deutschland e.V.) and was chairwoman till 2005. As member of the faculty of The SE Trauma Institute she teaches SE Professional Trainings in Germany and Austria. She is co-founder and director of training of the Institut for Neurotracking® in Munich.
Kavi Alessandro Gemin - Osteopath and Craniosacral instructor, teacher and co-director of the International Institute for Craniosacral Balancing® and faculty member for Somatic Experiencing®. Kavi Gemin received his Master of Art in 1984 from Istituto d’Arte in Florence, Italy and worked for several years as a designer and art teacher. Trained as an art therapist he worked with adults, children and physically and mentally challenged people. He continued his training as a therapist in various somatic methods, such as traditional massage, deep tissue work, ayurvedic massage and craniosacral biodynamics.
His further studies include NLP, inner child work, co-dependency and developmental psychology. He is graduated in pre- and perinatal therapy with Ray Castellino, CA, USA and is leading birth process workshops. He also trained in System Centered Therapy®, a method to work with systems and group dynamics developed by Yvonne Agazarian, PA, USA. Kavi holds a certificate in andragogy, adult education, from the SVEB Association (Switzerland) and is teaching fulltime internationally, loving to meet different cultures and language groups.
Doris Rothbauer - is a licensed psychotherapist and has been working in private practice in Munich for more than 20 years. Originally trained in communication psychology and holding a trainer certificate in NLP, Doris used to teach professional workshops for social institutions in leadership, teambuilding, communication, conflict resolution, self-management, and other behavioral skills.
Besides SE and communication psychology training, Doris has completed educational trainings in cognitive psychology, learning psychology, developmental psychology, and essential psychology. In addition, Doris has learned and hold in-depth experience in NLP, Ericksonian Hypnosis, body-oriented psychotherapy, various approaches of humanistic psychotherapy and attachment theory.
Pedro Prado - is a Brazilian native. He graduated with a degree in clinical psychology in 1971 and worked and taught body oriented psychotherapy, in a neo-Reichian somatic approach. In 1981 he got trained as a Rolfer and added the Structural Integration perspective into his practice. He was the first Rolfer® in Brazil and dedicated himself to making Rolfing® available in his country. Pedro founded the Brazilian Association of Rolfers, and became an Advanced Rolfing and Rolf Movement Instructor for the Rolf ® Institute, in Boulder Colorado (USA), where he has been teaching since 1991.
In 2000 the Brazilian Association of Rolfers hosted Peter A. Levine and Pedro followed his inquires into the somatic dimension of the psyche, incorporating SE into his practice, and eventually becoming an faculty member for The Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute, where he's been teaching Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced levels since 2005. Pedro developed a methodology named “Structural Stretches” that integrates the Structural work and the SE approach. Pedro currently maintains a private clinical practice and teaches SE and Rolfing. In 2006 Pedro received a PhD in Psychosomatics.
